Hello and welcome! I’m a mom, chef, and writer, classically trained at the CIA in New York. I spent three decades teaching culinary classes and cooking for restaurants and private clients in the United States, Europe, and Asia, and at my boutique catering company specializing in farm to table weddings. The last 5 years, I’ve been traveling with my husband and world schooling our two daughters while writing cookbooks about each of the places we live. I vow to eat as much as possible, never stop learning from locals, and to share my culinary treasures with you. Enjoy!
